3. Creation Begins
4. Completion and Confirmation 
5. Delivery

Shipping Policy:

Pet portrait design: Drafts will be ready within approximately 7-10 business days.

Ship within about 7-20 business days after confirming the pet portrait design.

• Slight shedding during the first wash is normal.
• Avoid soaking or washing with dark-colored items.
• Machine washable or spot clean as needed.
