Customization Process

Shipping Policy:

Pet portrait design: Drafts will be ready within approximately 7-10 business days.

Ship within about 7-20 business days after confirming the pet portrait design.

Installation Instructions:

Standard Pop Socket: Remove the adhesive film and stick it directly onto the phone case. Press down firmly and let it sit for a few minutes to secure.

Magnetic Pop Socket: Peel off the adhesive layer from the magnetic plate and position it appropriately on the outside of the phone case. Press down and let it sit for a few minutes. (For magnetic phone cases, no additional magnetic plate is required.) Next, remove the adhesive layer from the stand, attach the decorative part, and press it onto the phone case to complete the installation.
