Customization Process:

2. Share some adorable pictures of your pet. I need clear, high quality photos. Send any you love and feel show your favorite details.  Email your photos and the order number or any other customization requirements to the following email: fafa.felt.studio@gmail.com
3. Creation Begins
4. Completion and Confirmation

Shipping Policy:

Pet portrait design: Drafts will be ready within approximately 7-10 business days.

Ship within about 7-20 business days after confirming the pet portrait design. 

Material:

After numerous consultations with the factory and comparing dozens of materials and printing techniques, I ultimately selected a unique fabric: Milky velvet. This fabric demands high precision in craftsmanship and production. Its fine, dense texture and sharp print clarity nearly meet my definition of perfection.

Care Instructions:

• Gentle hand wash or spot cleaning is permissible.
• Slight color variations may occur due to the manufacturing process or lighting conditions and are not considered a quality issue.
• Minor loose fibers may appear; simply sweep them away with a tool.
• Due to the need to roll the carpet for shipping, slight creases may be visible upon unrolling. These should smooth out naturally after a few days of use or can be flattened by hand.

Due to the unique nature of customized products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for non-quality related issues.
